In the beginning of February 2000, I approached primary schools and homes for the elderly as well as individuals with a questionnaire which asked people to answer questions in the exact same format as on the actual work, both in written and drawn form.

The questionnaire consisted of sixty-two questions and six drawing panels, which was given to 100 Durban residents. What is presented here is some of the answers I have selected in order to construct this archival work.
